About Sarah
Sarah (she/her) is excited to bring her compassionate and nonjudgmental counseling style to Perspectives to help individuals feel empowered in making positive changes for themselves. She is passionate about understanding individuals on a deeper level and seeing them as the complex, complete person they are.
Sarah creates a safe space for individuals and couples to explore their current and past relationships and link common experiences over time. Her goal is for clients to find acceptance in the present while confronting behaviors and thought patterns that are not working for them. Sarah believes that every person is capable of change and wants to help guide clients through their struggles to a healthier life.
